- 2.5 lbs. lean ground beef
- 15 oz. dark red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1.5 cups dry brown rice
- 1.5 cups chopped carrots
- 1.5 cups chopped squash
- .5 cups peas (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cups water
